To enable a channel on flickievideo log in and go to "Profile Settings" in the left menu.
Add your Channel Name, click "Yes" in the Enable channel section, then go to the bottom and click "Update", done, you should see your channel showing up in the Browse Channel section that is open to the public to see.
The log in username you chose at sign up is your main account URL and web page title name as below. Your Channel name is shown under the banner below.
